Because of civilian obligations I am currently unable to meet couples and gentlemen in Ottawa at the moment. I would like to apologize to all of you who recently asked me to meet in the nation’s capital.

It just came across my mind that this August marks the 5th anniversary of blissfulelsa.com. Before that I hadn’t realized those five years went by so fast. It feels like it wasn’t that long ago that I put my first self-made hand-coded website online. (more…)
Making “behind-the-scene” changes to my website has been easier than expected. I have yet to notice any bugs or inconsistencies.
Things could have been even quicker though. I spent an extra two hours trying to solve a layout problem before figuring out that a closing brace was missing in my CSS stylesheet. It could be said that this is the online equivalent of searching for your keys when they’re right in front of you.
I will perform some changes on my website during the week that will cause visitors to experience some down time.
My pages could look funny, but any disruption should not last for very long. My blog feeds will change, so come back to update them after I have performed maintenance.

After a few days of anxiety over technical problems, I couldn’t be happier to have my website back. No matter how “rational” computer hardware is thought to be, it sometimes appear to have a mind of its own.

It took me so long to bring it to completion, but now that it is online I can only be proud of what I have created. I hope that you will enjoy it!
